Good for budget travellers.

Bur Dubai

Another practical choice.

It has plenty of Indian restaurants, shops and budget accommodation.

Downtown Dubai

Great if you want to stay close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

The downside is the higher hotel price.

Dubai Marina

A good choice for couples who want evening walks, restaurants and a more modern waterfront setting.

Hotels can be more expensive here.

Before booking, check the distance to a Metro station.

Saving ₹2,000 on a hotel is not much of a saving if you end up spending that money every day on taxis.

5. Food Cost for Two People

Food in Dubai can be cheap or extremely expensive.

It depends on where you eat.

If you eat mostly at local restaurants, cafeterias and Indian restaurants, two people can manage meals for around:

₹1,500 to ₹2,500 per day.

For 6 days:

₹9,000 to ₹15,000

If you mix local restaurants with cafes and better restaurants, keep:

Of course, most first-time visitors want to see the Burj Khalifa.

The official Visit Dubai ticket page currently lists At the Top options from around AED 189 for levels 124 and 125, while other packages cost more.

At roughly ₹26 per AED based on August 2026 exchange-rate data, AED 189 is around ₹4,900.

For two people, that is roughly ₹9,800 before considering any other ticket or booking charges.

You can spend much more if you choose premium packages. For example, official listings show higher-tier experiences starting at AED 449.

Do you really need the premium package?

Dubai Mall

You don’t need to carry your entire holiday budget in cash.

Cards and digital payments are widely useful in Dubai.

Still, having some UAE dirhams with you is practical.

If you already have hotels, flights and major attractions paid for, you might keep around AED 500 to AED 1,000 as spending cash for small purchases and emergencies.
